We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy both this lovely apartment and our wonderful valley. The team from Blue Dog Property Management who look after this property live locally and are here and available to help you with anything you might need throughout your stay.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, if you need any advice either about the apartment or the local area, or if you have any problems. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure that everything is perfect we do appreciate that occasionally things can go wrong. If there is anything at all that you are not satisfied with please do get straight in touch with us and we will do everything in our power to rectify any issues for you.

Our business hours are from 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. We are available outside of these hours in emergencies only.

KEYS – There is a main key in the key box. There are also some spare keys in the apartment, please leave the spare keys here when you leave.
PARKING – Please use the garage marked 4 and any one of the spaces. Please be respectful of neighbours when parking.
MANUALS – Instructions are stored in the drawers in the dining area.
SKIS – Please store skis, boards etc. in ski locker number 4 by the main stairs. There is a heated ski boot store in the garage. Please do not bring any ski poles, skis, boots, boards, wet jackets or gloves into the apartment.
SHOES – Please remove all outdoor shoes when entering the chalet, there is a shoe rack outside the front door for shoes.
BINS – To dispose of rubbish, please use the bin located on Chemin Des Genievres. To access these turn left out of the car park then first left again. The bins are located on the left above half way down. Please do not leave rubbish bags outside the chalet.
LOG FIRE – To light, open the air-vent and leave the glass door open slightly to encourage airflow. Close the glass door and the air-vent once the fire is lit. Please burn no more than two logs at a time. Please use the wood in the garage. Kindling can be bought at the supermarket.
NOISE – Please be mindful of noise levels after 9pm especially if sitting outside in the garden.
BATHROOM – Please note that the spa bath in the bathroom only fuctions as a bath. The spa functions do not work.
SMOKING – For insurance and safety purposes, the apartment is non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the outside area.
SMOKE ALARMS – The apartment is equipped with smoke alarms.
CHECK OUT – On departure day, the check-out time is 10am. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy and all shutters closed.
KEYS – Please note that lost keys will be charged at 50 Euros per key.
ENVIRONMENT – Please think of the environment. Please turn off all lights when leaving for the day or checking out. Also turn off towel radiators when not in use and ensure all doors and windows are kept closed during the winter.
SHUTTERS – The lower floor of the building has metal shutters, these are operated by a remote control and/or switches located next to the window. Please close when not in property. Lost remote is charged at €100.
